General terms & conditions made easy
The following general terms are applicable to all of our services:
- Free initial consultation.
- After that we will prepare a proposal outlining the work, including price and a time frame.
- Once the proposal has been agreed upon and the deposit is paid in work will commence.
(The deposit is typically 30-40 % of the total cost, this may vary depending upon the work. If it is a monthly based maintenance fee or SEO contract, one (1) month advance is minimum.)
- The remaining fee shall be paid eihter;
Monthly if it is a running SEO/marketing/maintenance contract.
Or when the work is finished and delivered if it is e.g. web site design.
More specific terms may be included in the proposal.
Languages
We generally only optimize pages for search engines in English, but welcome requests for other languages. If your site is available in more than one language, that is fine, but we only guarantee optimization in the English language unless otherwise has been agreed upon.
We can also design web sites in other languages, as long as you provide text, or we can assist with outsourcing the translation job. Main languages are English, Thai and the Scandinavian languages, others on request.
Pricing
The rates will of course vary from project to project, depending on different factors. We generally recommend you to sign up for a monthly agreement for SEO/marketing/promotion solutions. A six month package to start with will suit most sites. That way we will be able to track progress and you will receive a full report every month as well. Payment in this case will then be a monthly fee, with the first month as down-payment to commence work. Please contact us for a full quote.
Payment
Payment for our services/products can be conducted in the following ways after agreement.
For clients within Thailand:
- Bank transfer to our account in Thailand
- Check from a Thai bank
- Cash
- Credit Card through Pay Pal
For clients outside of Thailand;
- International bank transfer to our account in Thailand
- Transfer via Western Union
- Credit card through Pay Pal
Note: All rates quoted are net, not included any tax/VAT, we will not add any either. So the price you get quoted is the price you pay. No hidden charges.
Refund Policy
The deposit is non-refundable.
Copyright
All material produced by SEO Bangkok under any given agreement with any client is the copyrighted material of the client, and will remain so, as long as payment is received as per contract.
SEO Bangkok retains, however, the right to point to it for marketing purposes, such as setting up a link on our own web site with the clients logo and a short description indicating the work which has been done by SEO Bangkok. Also, SEO Bangkok reserves the right to include a small discreet link on the clients web page linking to us. Typically at the very bottom in small font, reading for example "Web Design by ...'', "Optimized by..." or similar. Should the client not wish such a link to be placed, and/or do not wish us to use their name/logo on our site, an additional fee of 5,000.- Thb shall be charged as a one-time amount.
